1. Introduction

Welcome to Taan. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

2. Product Information

All products displayed on our website or social media are described as accurately as possible. However, variations in color, design, or fragrance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or verification (in case of Cash on Delivery). Taan reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders above PKR 5,000, as well as bank transfer and online payment methods where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 4–7 working days nationwide. Delivery time may vary based on the location and courier partner.

6. Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the perfume within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Used or opened perfumes are not eligible for exchange.

7. Return & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items delivered by Taan. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection within 7 working days.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, product designs, and content on Taan’s website and social media are the exclusive property of Taan. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Taan shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by product usage. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before application.

10. Privacy Policy

All customer information collected is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and service improvement. We do not share personal data with third parties.

11. Amendments

Taan reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our official platforms.
