Shipping Policy – TAAN

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners (Leopard, TCS, M&P;, or Call Courier). International delivery is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above PKR 5,000: Free delivery nationwide
  • Orders below PKR 5,000: Flat shipping charge of PKR 250

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), verification may be required through a confirmation call or message.
  • Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders above PKR 5,000.
  • Orders below PKR 5,000 require advance payment.
  • Refusal to accept COD parcels without a valid reason may result in restriction from future COD services.

6. Packaging & Handling

All perfumes are securely packed to ensure safe delivery. In case of damage during transit, please report within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with photo evidence.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • If you are not satisfied with the fragrance, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with minimal use (bottle at least 95% full).
  • Exchange will be processed once the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the received product was damaged or incorrect.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
